Add report for Ge68 fitting

The fit result of BAPPE rec. data. The current issues are:

  • allowing the center values for peaks to move seems to give reasonable good result, but how to justify the floating?
  • fixing the center smears out the 1.077 peak, Mingxia thinks this is unphysical to smear it by so much -> any idea?
