Period-8 baseline: analysis note and physics-run pedestal workflow

Adds a self-contained, single-column PRD-style analysis note under calibration/period8_baseline_note. The directory contains the compiled PDF, LaTeX source, BibTeX bibliography, and figure assets.

The note documents the laser-run period-8 measurements and the generic physics-run pedestal workflow. This revision clarifies the 17,596 installed LPMTs versus the 17,612 addressable copy-number slots, cites the FSMP paper, moves the paired-bootstrap construction to the appendix, and adds schematics for phase weighting and the RTRAW/ESD data flow.

JUNOSW J26.4.0 software-path validation covers both real-data branches:

  • run 5667: scalar FPGA-baseline fallback on Periodic triggers;
  • run 15989 segment 001: full-waveform phase extraction plus FPGA records.

These checks validate the extractor and payload/readback path; they are not an approved production calibration, CondDB registration, or ESD validation.
