Draft: Makefile: use symlinks for summary and muon paths; add symlinks.sh

  • Replace bappe_path_prefix with summary/ and add prepare/symlinks.sh
  • Remove duplicate all/.PHONY targets; trim runs redefinition; minor comments
  • Remove FV cut

动机是希望给重建和拟合之间一个更人类友好的过度，bappe - ibc - cufit，run 对 run 的输入输出

可能对 IBD 等有破坏性，暂时先不进行合并，后续讨论
