1. Write an abstract and upload it to DocDB. If you have any co-authors, make sure they are included in the author list. This should be the same DocDB entry you eventually upload your poster to.

2. Enter the DocDB number in the spreadsheet linked above (column E). Make sure you do not modify other rows.

3. Log into the CFMS (https://cfms.ihep.ac.cn/), go to “Report Request”, find “Neutrino 2026”, click on “Apply”, and then “Apply a talk”. Select “poster” under “Talk Session” and “contributed talk” under “Talk Type". You can be very brief when filling the fields about your qualifications, as the assignment has already been done, but you do have to fill everything.
